 * Is this currently possible? If no, I think it’d be nice to add this feature. 
   Sometime, you might want to display some testimonials on certain custom page 
   only. Thanks

 * Yes, this is possible. Testimonials have categories, you can add /create / delete
   them just like Post categories.
 * The shortcode then supports the ability to output specific categories of testimonials.
