(link is just 1 example, this is about every category)

I would like to change the big grey line that says “Category Archives: Asia” to just “Asia” or “Category: Asia”. Also the block is very big and I would like it to be smaller.

Maybe if possible I even prefer to use a related picture in stead of the block with the text.

You can adjust this in Appearance → Customize → Blog Settings → Posts list – title bar : https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/customizing-the-theme/blog-settings/posts-list/

As for the text, you will have to edit theme files, and probably override it in the child theme.

You will have to override index.php in the theme.

Thank you. I did manage to change the colors of the line and text now.
Only changing the text itself I failed, I just want to remove “Category Archives” so it only shows for example “Asia”
