# Category Dropdown Menu

    On my page [http://www.nonebutallah.com](http://www.nonebutallah.com)
   you see the pages in a horizontal menu accross the top of the page. Is there 
   a way to change this and make the categories appear like that instead of the 
   pages.

 * You could do that, but it might be easier to use the technique list here, [How to easily display links to both Pages and Categories in the blog navigation header?](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Layout_and_Design#How_to_easily_display_links_to_both_Pages_and_Categories_in_the_blog_navigation_header.3F),
   then use the **exclude=** with the [template tag](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags),
   [wp_list_pages()](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_pages), to
   suppress what [Pages](http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages) you don’t want shown.
