Category list no longer scrolling

Since updating WordPress to version 6.6, the category list in the sidebar on the edit post page is no longer in a scrolling list. Instead it shows ALL the categories down the side of the page.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Same issue for me. Waiting for a fix asap. Until then @tille workaround works perfect. Thank you!
It may help to open a new issue on https://github.com/WordPress/classic-editor/issues, because this plugin doesn’t have a clear author designation, but this could turn out to be a WordPress core issue as well, so opening a ticket on https://core.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ may be appropriate too.
What versions of WordPress does the problem occur with?
