 * How can I get each category to only show the posts made to it, but no video to
   be displayed?

 * Start by checking out [Category_Templates](http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates).
   In your template, remove most of the elements in [The_Loop](http://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop),
   just leaving the title stuff.

 * Hello, thanks for the reply. That was very helpful.
 * The only problem with that is I want 1 post to display on the home page, but 
   up to 20 to display on the category page. How can I change that?

 * First option that comes to mind: There used to be a Custom Query String plugin
   that you might try and turn up — it would do that nicely.
