 * Probably I am being very stupid, but what does the ‘toggle’ do in bulk actions.
   I assumed it was to allow bulk changes to the category field.
    But as fas far
   as I can see, nothing happens.

 * I am running WordPress 4.5.3 and having the same issue, so I think this is a 
   bug in the current 0.1.1 version.
 * I like this simple and fast plugin and would like to bulk toggle all the precious
   media files 🙂 great work!
