Causing Critical Error upon Activation

    I have the plugin currently deactivated due to it causing the website to crash – but when I download ElementsKit Lite and Activate it, it immediately causes a critical error and the site crashes.

    Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

    These are the error details that were included in the recovery email:

    WordPress version 5.7.2
    Current theme: Vantage (version 1.5.8)
    Current plugin: ElementsKit Lite (version 2.3.0)
    PHP version 7.3.28

    Hi @hezekiahes ,

    I have installed Vantage Theme latest version (1.17.3) with ElementsKit latest version (2.3.0) in my development environment. But couldn’t reproduce the issue on my end. Can you please update the Vantage Theme to the latest version to see if that solves the issue?

    After that if the issue still persists please send us your system info from Elementor > System info (screenshot). We will try to give you a prompt solution as soon as we can.

    Thanks for the response. I installed the latest version as you suggested and still received the following critical error:

    Hey @hezekiahes ,

    It seems you are using Elementor outdated version (1.4.2) which can cause this issue. Please update Elementor to the latest version and hopefully your problem will be solved.

    Also make sure you disabled all the plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit during this debugging process.
