It looks like a javascript issue where the JS that loads the CC fields doesn’t run, so the area remains blank. * There are no errors in the console, and we’ve ruled out browser extensions or wifi firewalls. Most users find removing their site URL sufficient. * Also, you could use a service such as [Pastebin](https://pastebin.com/) and set the deadline to a week or two weeks, giving us enough time to look at it and help you with the issue. I am having the exact same one. have deactivated and deleted. The fields are not showing up. If a customer has previously saved to their account they can pay -but a NEW customer cannot.
