Hello.
I would like to use Cloudflare CDN integration on my site with SiteGround hosting, but I don’t know which CNAME/URL I need to use, where to find them. Sorry for dummy question, but I couldn’t find it in Google.

In DNS settings I get message like this:

Your DNS zone file is hosted by SiteGround.com, a Cloudflare partner. Manage your DNS records at their website.

I tried all the versions like:

@invadermeh in this situation, you don’t need to turn on “Enable CDN URL rewrite?” as everything should be taken care by SiteGround & Cloudflare.

If you were using a different CDN such as KeyCDN (e.g. with plugin https://en-gb.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cdn-enabler/), then you would have likely needed to specify the CNAME to apply to rewrite the URLs to the cached CSS/JS files within /wp-content/cache/asset-cleanup/.

But on GTmetrix I get low rating in Yslow tab:

Using a CDN YSlow doesn’t recognize? Specify your CDNs in your User Settings.
There are 4 static components that are not on CDN.

@invadermeh GTmetrix looks for a specific host name (e.g. cdn.mysite.com) which Cloudflare does not use, since it acts as a reverse proxy for your site.

If you know Cloudflare is setup correctly, you can just ignore that score (consider testing your website in Google PageSpeed Insights). There are other users who had the same “issue”:

However, if you check the FAQ from GTMetrix (https://gtmetrix.com/faq.html) they mention about the CDN usage via Cloudflare:

For CloudFlare users, YSlow should automatically detect the CDN usage if it’s set up correctly and you’ve given it enough time for the DNS to propagate (typically takes up to 2 days).

So, either your Cloudflare is setup correctly and YSlow couldn’t detect it (shouldn’t happen, but you never know) or Cloudflare isn’t setup correctly and you should double check that.
