 * On executing the recommended sql for the CDN module, mysql is reporting the following
   error:
    #1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds
   to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘CREATE TABLE IF
   NOT EXISTS `ac4rw_w3tc_cdn_queue` ( `id` int(11) un’ at line 2
 * Please advise.
