    Not for me on WP 4.1 and WP Super Cache 1.4.2.

    Does it still not work for you?

    Still broken :(, for me at least.

    I have disabled the feature in WP-Supercache, but got this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-cdn-rewrite/ which seems to do the trick.

    It does not work on multisite as is, but if you are comfortable hacking it, you can get it to do what you need, I can provide some pointers on that if you need them.

    Ah I have a single site, so that might explain it. Definitely something to look into then by the developer.
