 * Hi, thanks for the great plugin. I use CSS which for smartphones adjusts the 
   input text font size to 16px (due to iPhone zooming in smaller fonts) and I found
   that on androids the font is not vertically centered (on the iPhone yes). Is 
   there CSS that can fix this?
