That notice by RankMath appears to be a false-positive. Viewing the source code of your homepage shows that WPO delivers a minified version of the uaf.css file. Besides, there is nowhere in your page source code where the uaf.css file is used directly.
As for the embed.js script, please provide the link to the page/post on your site where it is used.
Regarding caching, WPO offers page caching. This is different from object caching which has to do with caching database queries, and WPO does not currently have this feature. You can use a plugin like redis cache to bring object caching to your site.

Ok, after a refresh within Rank Math, the first CSS minify error went away along with several others.
The embed.js script is: https://app.ownerrez.com/widget.js I have two widgets from Owner Rez and I cannot tell from this coding which it’s referring to. The first is the Reviews widget at the bottom of my home page (People say the nicest things): http://www.heronpondhideaway.com.
The second is the Booking widget: https://heronpondhideaway.com/book-winter-getaway/
The widget.js file is from an external source, hence the reason why it is not being minified by WPO.
Only resources hosted by your site can be processed for minification by WPO.
