 * Hello friend, I am having trouble with my domain always hitting my server through(
   free) Cloudflare as: cf-cache-status: DYNAMIC
 * All other aspects of mt site that should be cached through Cloudflare are showing
   proper in developer tools as: cf-cache-status: HIT
 * I have been all over the internet researching for weeks, have tried nearly every
   Cloudflare page rule configuration imaginable and I am still at a loss.
 * I have tried every other avenue I know of to find answers, If Powered Cache developers
   or anyone else following this thread can provide any insight I would be truly
   grateful.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcf-cache-status-dynamic%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@shirtguy72](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shirtguy72/),
 * If you are seeing `cf-cache-status: HIT` on the HTTP header that means the page
   is cached on the CF edge. So it doesn’t’ even hit your server therefore, PoweredCache
   is not serving the cache.
 * CF shouldn’t cache HTML resources automatically, are you using “Cache Everything”
   rule?

 * I have Cloudflare set as: Respect Existing Headers and Page rules are as follows…

   [http://*vintageheavymetal.com/wp-*](http://*vintageheavymetal.com/wp-*) Cache
   Level: Bypass, Disable Performance
 * [http://*vintageheavymetal.com/*preview=true*](http://*vintageheavymetal.com/*preview=true*)

   Cache Level: Bypass, Disable Performance
 * [http://*vintageheavymetal.com/*](http://*vintageheavymetal.com/*)
    Cache Level:
   Bypass
 * When I check in dev tools my domain itself receives cf-cache-status: DYNAMIC
   GET 200
 * Theme files, images ect all seem fine: cf-cache-status: HIT GET 200
 * Everything also receives: x-proxy-cache: MISS (I have no idea what that means)

 * I test my site on a low end Android 4g mobile device, without Powered Cache avtive(
   same CF configurations) my site loads horribly. With Powered Cache active (same
   CF configurations) my site loads lightning fast on my “garbage” android device.

 * When you see `x-proxy-cache: MISS` header, it means the response is proxied from
   the origin server.
 * If you want to see HIT status, I think you should remove the following rule:
 *     ```
       http://*vintageheavymetal.com/*
       Cache Level: Bypass
       ```
 * Based on the PoweredCache footprints on your website, I can say that, the page
   generation time is pretty high – [https://cloudup.com/cY5JzZWywGD](https://cloudup.com/cY5JzZWywGD)
 * I’m marking this topic as resolved, since it’s not really related to PoweredCache
   itself.
 * Cheers,
