 * I don’t know either. I wish they elaborated more on their changelog. Everything
   they put there is vague and not very helpful.

 * CF detection is a function of our plugin which checks if the website is using
   Cloudflare CDN enabled from SiteGround as a service. If it is, there is an additional
   tab added to the plugin interface where you can enable Cloudflare Full Page caching
   option.
