# CG-Feedread cache problem

 * I am installing the above and trying out on my site ([http://www.airdrie.net/weblog2](http://www.airdrie.net/weblog2))
   but keep getting an error message above the feed post as follows:
    `CG-Feedread
   failed to save feed to disk — couldn’t write to the cache_feedread directory.`
   I have set up a cache directory (I think) in several directories (ie in same 
   folder as CG Plugins, root blog directory, under wp-content and in theme directory)
   and set chmod 777 but no luck. Check here for the example page: [http://www.airdrie.net/weblog2/new-feeds/](http://www.airdrie.net/weblog2/new-feeds/)
   Any ideas? Thanks.

 * It says: **cache_feedread** directory. That’s a different name than “cache”.

 * Thanks Moshu. I named the directory/folder “cache_feedread” but it didn’t seem
   to have any effect. There’s no obvious explanation as to where this folder should
   be in the instructions.
