 * Already I made everything what I found in blogs. But I do not obtain to twirl
   my WORDPRESS in the server windows (iis). I do not have access to the iis, therefore
   I am customer host. It sees the error: CGI Error
    The specified CGI application
   misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
