# CGI Error: The specified CGI application misbehaved…

 * Hi everyone,
 * I’m getting this error when I go to my [http://www.myserver.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.myserver.com/wp-admin/install.php)
 * CGI Error
    The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
   set of HTTP headers.
 * I’ve already tried this [this](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/159861?replies=1)
   but to no avail.
 * I’m using IIS 6.
 * Can anyone help please?

 * You may have to ask your host to set PHP to run as an ISAPI extenstion.
 * If your host uses Plesk, there’s usually a place in your Settings to set this.
