 * I am using wordpress 2.6.1 due to the version of PHP my University has installed
   on their servers.
 * I have been able to establish a connection to the database and can load the first
   wordpress installation page that asks for your “blog name” and “email address”.
 * However, upon clicking “install wordpress” I receive the error “CGI program not
   found”. Even after some intense googling I am still unsure how to begin troubleshooting
   this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 * NOTE: For troubleshooting purposes I am authenticating to the database as root.
 * Thank you,
 * Jacob
