 * Hello, I’ve just installed iThemes Security plugin and am working my way through
settings. I’m in my admin account and I wanted to change Admin User. I clicked‘
WARNING: Backup your database before changing the admin user.’, but got this
   error message:
 * “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
 * After the next several attempts I was able to click ‘Create Database Backup’,
   but get this error message:
 * “Something went wrong with your backup. It looks like another process might already
be trying to backup your database. Please try again in a few minutes. If the
   problem persists please contact support.”
 * I’ve now tried this multiple times after waiting for several minutes with the
   same results.
 * I have Updraft Plus set up for auto backups. It is not actively backing up while
I try to change Admin User in iThemes Security.
 * Do i need to create a second admin account to do this? Why don’t I have permission?
Are these plugins not playing well together? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
   Thanks!

 * This is a known bug which will be fixed in the next release.
    For a workaround
   read the duplicate topic:

 * If a folder named backup.lock exists in the wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security
folder remove it and then try again.
 * Before the backup starts, the iTSec plugin will try and create a file lock (it’s
actually a folder) named **backup.lock** in the specified location.
    If creation
of the file lock (for whatever reason) fails you get the error as reported. Perhaps
you simply don’t have the OS priviliges to create the file lock … or any other
   reason.
