change default layout to grid layout same theme

    Hi

    I want to change the Default layout to grid layout. The theme being used is Anariel Lite and I have some information uploaded for WooCommerce and additional css as well. If I alter default to grid layout, will I lose all these modifications and information uploaded? How should I proceed?
