How to change the domain of links inside the answer from example.com to the real domain of the page where the plugin is active?

Have a look at the FAQ, here: https://meowapps.com/ai-engine/faq/#query-and-answers. You should use the mwai_ai_reply filter 🙂 Then you can replace an (or part of an) URL by another.
