Change header image option gone?

    Can anyone tell me how to change the header image?

    I am using a template and have changed the header image before, which was available through site identity or primary header menu I think. Now, there are no options for changing the header image. The are categories under site identity and primary header for color and typography, but even they have no options. I had a look around global settings and couldn’t find it either.
