We have been using product sales report for for several years and I must confess I was not thrilled with the UI changes. That aside, the report is based on a date range. The data provided does not include the data for the end date. If a report is to include an example range from 10-10-2025 through 10-15-2025, the report should actually include the sales data from 10-15-2025. It does not. I now have to pick the next day 10-16-2025 to include the data from 10-15 in my report.

    This is bug.

    Hi,

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback – we really appreciate it!

Regarding the report issue, our developer is already looking into the potential bug with the end date not being included in the selected range.

You also mentioned that you weren’t thrilled with the recent UI changes. Could you please share a bit more about what feels less convenient or harder to use? We truly want this product to work well for our users, and your input helps us improve it in the right direction.

Thanks again for taking the time to let us know!

    Hi there,

I looked into the issue you mentioned regarding the end date, and I think this may occur if you don’t input an end time into the time field to the right of the date field. To report up to and including 2025-10-15, you would need to enter a time of 23:59:59 or 11:59:59 PM.

In our next update, we plan to introduce default values for the time fields so that the time is set to the end of day by default, so this manual entry is not needed in future. If you have any other suggestions for improvement, please let us know!
