    Are you sure it’s a wordpress website? It doesn’t appear to have a standard WordPress structure in place.

    If you are sure, Try:

    1. Uploading the logo on file system/ftp to: /public_html/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Iconic_logo3a.jpg (using the same name)

    2. Try looking in the theme-directory for header.php and edit the code in there

    3. Try looking for a Logo/header image setup in Dashboard -> Appearance – lok for Logo/header or perhaps its under customise or theme options?
