# Change site from httpS to http ???

 * When setting up this site, I accidentally associated the WP installation (via
   Softalicious installer) with HTTPS instead of regular HTTP – and since we don’t
   have any SSL cert on the hosting account, it’s coming up as an insecure page 
   in browsers (although you can of courser click-through to the site.)
 * Is there an easy way to switch an HTTPS install back to regular HTTP ???

 * Install this script via FTP:
 * [https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/](https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/)
 * Once installed, search for `https://brostruction.com` and replace with `http://
   brostruction.com`
 * Be sure to delete the script when done and to backup your database before using
   it.

 * That appears to have worked splendidly, and SO much easier than all the other
   procedures I had found online !!!
