Change top text in Plugin Description

    Hi – I am trying to sort out how to change the top text in the grey block at the top of the Paperglee plugin description page: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/paperglee/

    It’s not part of the README.txt – I know it’s probably simple but first time plugin-submitter here, so a bit lost.
