 * i want to change wp-admin url to admin or anything else so ican access the dashboard
   by mydomain.com/admin not wp-admin
    my site is on IIS Server it dosent use .htaccess
 * am using a network so is there any plugin or any solution for this ???

 * You could try using [Better WordPress Security](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/better-wp-security/).
   That’s one of the many features of that plugin. I have no idea how well it works
   on IIS, but it’s worth a shot.

 * We _really_ don’t recommend you move wp-admin – it’s a hassle for multisite more
   so than single, and can cause massive conflicts.
 * Why are you trying to move it anyway? It doesn’t actually make your site more
   secure. Anyone paying attention will sort out the URL pretty fast.
