# Changed http to https and the site doesnt load

 * Hi everyone,
 * yesterday I changed the name of my web from [http://spitalplus.cz](http://spitalplus.cz)
   to [https://spitalplus.cz](https://spitalplus.cz) and the website doesn´t work
   anymore. Now I do not know how to fix it.
 * It shows me:
 * ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
 * Could you please help me? Thanks a lot for everything

 * It definitely seems like there’s something wrong that your hosting provider’s
   support will need to sort out: [https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=spitalplus.cz&hideResults=on](https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=spitalplus.cz&hideResults=on)
 * For now though, you can change the siteurl and home values back directly in the
   database by following the steps at [https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database](https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database)
 * You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.
