# Changed Permalink

 * Hi,
    I changed the permalink of an article for a SEO optimization, but now in
   the Google Search Console an error is highlighted, there is no more the respective
   AMP article. I believe that the article permalink has been changed in the sitemap,
   but the permalink of the AMP article has remained the old one. How can I refresh
   the updated AMP permalink to the new URL? Thank you

 * Hi,
    Thanks for your reply. I have changed the permalink directly in the article,
   inside wordpress. I did it for SEO necessity and the article was not yet positioned
   in search engines. what can i do? Thanks

 * You are welcome.
 * Once Google Crawls then it’ll detect it automatically, may I know that when for
   the first time you’ve changed the Permalink of Article, within what time it was
   changed in the sitemap?
 * And for the second time when you’ve changed the Permalink could you tell me it
   was to the original one or a new one again?
 * Meanwhile, try to re-save the permalink and check for it.
