Hello, just wondering why the changelog

..says “(Pro)” in the latest entry (for EDD 3.3.5).

Is the new version only for Pro users?

The heading says both EDD and EDD (PRO) so it applies to both. You can click on each of the 2 headings to see changelogs specific for each version.
