# Changes aren’t saving

 * Hi, I am trying to make changes within the plugin, but when I click save it just
   reverts to how it was before. I was able to make changes on Friday.

 * I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
    We checked the latest
   version of the plugin and have not found any related issues.
 * This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website.
 * Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check whether the problem
   persists․
    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website
   and see if the issue occurs.
 * You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
 * Please inform us of the results.

 * No new plugins were added, nor has the theme changed since Friday when it worked
   and yesterday when it did not.

 * Have you done the troubleshooting we have mentioned previously?
 * Please note that the latest update of our plugin is done on 01.06.2021. If it
   worked until Friday and suddenly started to not work, most presumably, it does
   not have any connection with us.
 * Presumably, you have activated an auto-update for another plugin, and it causes
   the conflict. Please check it out.
 * Please make troubleshooting so we can understand the exact cause of the issue
   and solve it asap.

 * I have the same problem, and actually noticed it since WP 5.6.x update.
    My workaround
   has been to create a new / copy an existing Pop-up. The latter seems to also 
   enable one edit and save as it is duplicating a good row. Thereafter, it does
   not allow changes.
 * I have used Inspector and Query monitor, even disabled cloudflare and all other
   plugin’s and the issue persists.
 * It seems, somewhere in the stack there is the following **“Warning”** on loading
   any newly saved Popups, that did not happen in the originals I have built I think
   around WP 5.3:

 * I regularly check developer console for warnings and errors and this has been
   a recent occurence.
 * I have even cleared all browser cache and cookies and used incognito in new sessions
   to make sure it is not some rouge local browser cookie / cache.
 * I hope you can identify how / why this happens as to me it indicates the DB entry
   is getting corrupt and therefore unable to update, even though it says saved –
   I used Query Monitor to check and oddly see no update / alter statement and therefore
   no error from a query either.

   wish, please let me know.

 * We checked on our end both on older and newer WP versions, though have not found
   any related issue.
 * We were able to make changes after duplicating.
 * Moreover, the error which you attached means that two IDs are written with the
   same name.
