# Changes Not Saving

 * When edit the data on a chart, and save, it tells me it’s saved, but the data
   remains unchanged. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, disabling caching, updating
   the plug in. Nothing works. Can I please get some assistance?

 * The feature to manually enter the data comes in the Pro version of Visualizer
   and this forum is mainly reserved for the Free version of Visualizer.
