 * Hello,
 * I downloaded the plugin and have been trying to customise it, but none of my
   changes are saving. I hit the “save” button at the button but nothing happens.
   I have tried deactivating and then reactivating the plugin as well as uninstalling
   and then re-installing it. Do you have any other suggestions?
 * Thank you 🙂

 * Hi jesscr,
 * Which WordPress version are you using? Are you up to date with your installation
   to 3.8.1?
 * If you are up to date, chances are there is a conflict with some other plugin
   you are using. Try deactivating all other plugins, just so you could see if the
   problem persists once you have only Optin Forms activated.
 * Let me know!

 * Hi Boris,
 * Yes I am up to date on WP 3.8.1. I tried deactivating all of my plugins and just
   running Optin Forms, but still had no luck saving any changes unfortunately!

 * Hi jesscr,
 * Two things come to mind.
 * It could be a conflict with the theme you are using. If it loads certain files
   on the administration pages, it could possibly cause a conflict with the plugin.
   If you wish to test it out, try changing the theme to Twenty Fourteen and see
   if the problem persists.
 * I’d have to take a look at your administration panel to say for sure.
 * Another problem could be a database issue or configuration issue with your host.
   One way to find out would be to install Optin Forms on a clean WordPress installation
   and see if the problem still exists.
 * Let me know!

 * Marking this as resolved as it’s been 2 weeks and no reply, so you’ve probably
   moved on 😉

 * Having a similar issue that I cannot seem to fix. The changes are not saving
   and it puts the ‘naked’ embed form before the custom form number 1 that you have
   provided.
 * All I did was copy and paste the URL for the form action and instead it appears
   to be copying ALL of the code from the naked mail chimp form.
 * I cleared cookies/cache and also tried a different browser. I also deactivated
   and deleted any other plugins. Still not working. I tried reinstalling the Optin
   plugin as well.
 * Any ideas?

 * Re installing WordPress is not an option because I don’t want to lose all my
   settings. If you need my logins I can message you private.

 * Hi grahamd711,
 * Glad you were able to resolve the issue.
 * When copying form action URL, MailChimp will select the entire code of the Naked
   form. It sounds like the entire HTML code was entered in the Form Action URL
   field, instead of just the form action URL. Am I right?
 * Please let me know if this was the case, so other users with the same issue can
   know how to fix the issue themselves.
 * Thanks!
