   intended to be a more reliable version of [http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml](http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml)?
   Currently, it seems to 404 whenever there’s a problem with [http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml](http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml),
   i.e., often.
 * Wouldn’t it be great if pingomatic produced its own updated blogs feed?
