# Changing a theme

 * HI,
 * I am currently using [http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/elegant-grunge](http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/elegant-grunge)
   on my [blog](http://discoverboo.com) and have been for a long time. I like it
   for the frames it places around the photo’s I put up.
 * Now I am bored with it and would like to change to [the last fall](http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/the-last-fall)
   but it doesn’t have this function.
 * Is there a way to add the frames to the new theme?? I’ve looked through the elegant
   grunge theme functions and found the code but I don’t know what to do with it.
   I don’t know if anything needs to change and most importantly, the new theme (
   last fall) displays the full size of my images where the old one does not. I 
   would like the larger photo’s…and the frames.
 * Pretty new to this. Basically I know nothing, and need help to do this. Is it
   possible. If so how??

 * Hi Boo_77,
    I’ve had a brief look over the “Elegant Grunge” theme and have the
   following findings:
 * The frames are added using a series of functions within functions.php. These 
   are also controlled via an options panel, generated in the same file.
 * If you copy and paste this functions.php file into your new theme (maybe renaming
   it and including it in the theme’s existing functions.php file via include(‘filename.
   php’);), the frames should get added to your new theme. You would just have to
   copy and paste the frame images from the Elegant Grunge theme as well. These 
   shouldn’t be too difficult to locate within the theme. 🙂
