changing apostrophes bug

    Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place, but there was no clear place –in my mind– to post bugs.
    The problem I am facing with wordpress –which is great, otherwise—is with it changing apostrophes’ “’�? marks to question marks “?�?. I first type my posts in word then copy & past them into wordpress. Once published, all the apostrophe marks replaced.
    Is this a know problem?

    Make sure you have the ‘smart quotes’ option turned off in Word. Actually it’s best to avoid Word altogether, but type your posts in Notepad or similar.
