Changing Background Image on Menu Header

Hi there,

How are you guys,

I really need your help with two problems that I’m having while using the flash theme (which btw is really awesome)

The first one (As you can see on the image inside the green circle which I linked above)
My problem is I can’t find the option to change the Image background of that part, I don’t know why it keeps displaying that image because it’s not even on my library.

My second issue (the picture inside the red circle)
I selected that image as the highlight picture of my post, but since it is a recipe blog, I don’t want that image to appear on the actual post, but I do want for it to appear on the homepage as a highlight image (please refer to the next link https://ibb.co/JyjZPSH)

In here you will see that I circle in green the way I want that part of my homepage to look, and in red how it looks If I simple remove the highlight picture of the post and just keep the one on the recipe (I use wp recipes for these)

So, Is there a way for the highlight picture not to show on the actual post but only on the home page blog section?

Please let me know, It have been weeks since I started figuring things out by my own and I still cannot find a solution.
