 * Hi, let me start by saying you free donation plugin looks good! I’m trying to
   integrate the plugin (update save) with my wordpress theme (buddyboss.com). Is
   it possible to use an filter to use the standard “submit” class? If not, any 
   other solution?

 * Quick workaround I customised line 55 in the paypal-button.php to:
 * ` $paypal_btn .= $indent.'<input type=”submit” name=”submit” value=”Donate” alt
   =”PayPal – The safer, easier way to pay online.” />’.PHP_EOL;
 * It would be nice to have a 4th default option, make use of the standard theme
   submit button.
