 * Hi. Installed on a couple sites, and it’s been pretty simple to get up and running.
   Easy to understand.
 * I would like the ability to change the default settings though. Right now when
   I add a new advert, it sets it as Image, and Nofollow is off. I’d like the ability
   to set the default to Adsense and NoFollow on. Or maybe Text default, etc.
 * It doesn’t seem like much to manually do it, but I just did it on 200 ads. Got
   old quickly.
 * And apologies if it’s in there already. Please point me in the right direction.
