Changing reply form title

    Hi,
    My client would like to change the title text on the reply form (“Write a reply”) on the ticket view screen. I’ve been looking through the various php files, trying to figure out where that heading is defined, but no luck so far. I found that it fetches a form from somewhere, but I have no idea from where. Is this something that can possibly be customised?

    I can send a screenshot if you need me to.

    I see what you mean. There is no filter whatsoever to override this so you’ll have to do it manually, but then the changes will be lost with next update 🙁

    I will add a new filter for that so that you can change it easily.

    I’ve just changed this in master. It will be pushed with 3.1.5. See 482ee36 for reference.
