 * Hello I’m having trouble finding the location to change the nomenclature on a
   checkout page.
 * What I’m trying to change is the word ‘tax’ to ‘gratuity’ ? and where is says‘
   Product’ above to {something else}?
 * Is it possible to add an attachment?

 * thanks for using Customizer – the only fields that Customizer can change are 
   the ones you see in the Customizer settings page in WooCommerce Settings
 * there are some tax labels which you can change if you go in the “Misc” section
   of the Customizer: have you tried using those
 * although if I understood correctly, perhaps the fields you’d like to change are
   part of WooCommerce template files? so you could use these to modify the appearance
   of those texts

 * you can attach images here in WordPress.org forums but you need to upload the
   image elsewhere (click on the `img` button when adding a reply, a popup will 
   appear for you to indicate the location of the image you wish to add)

 * renaming that label “Tax” in that specific context is part of WooCommerce not
   this plugin specifically
 * you can assign labels to taxes, as shown here:

 * the label text change will be reflected in cart / checkout and elsewhere as in
   your screenshot
