 * If I have a theme and then add the plugin, to collect members etc – what then
   happens if I change the theme at a later date?
 * Will the plugin and members database still be there>?

 * Yes, you can change themes without any issues.
    Themes won’t change or affect
   Ultimate member or WordPress functionality.
