Changing title of chat box

    Hi, just finished looking at the video on the site. Is it possible upon intergration to change the top title of the text box, so that it does not says Tidio Chat?

    Hi Andreas, of course. Each text in chat is customizable in the Channels > Appearance section. We can help you set it up. 🙂
