# Changing WP login button string

 * Hi,
 * I want to change the string “Log In” on the WordPress login button of my website
   into “Log Into My Account”. After I search for this string using the String Locator
   plugin, there were way too many results me to know what I am looking for. The
   String Locator gave me a list of 1,600 files were the “Log In” string could be.
   Do you know where I should exactly be looking to replace this string?

 * Honestly I’d not use the plugin to edit core files, instead look at [plugins for theming your login page](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/theme+login/)
   as they will provide the functionality you need and you won’t lose the changes
   with an update.
