# Character corruption

 * I’m Japanese, and sent an inquiry in Japanese. I found 3 characters corrupted
   out of 218. They are separated from each other. What’s the cause, and possible
   remedy?

 * Hi Zhanna,
 * I did not notice the character corruption in the submission section, because 
   I could not see the verification page.
    When I received an e-mail that confirmed
   my message, I noticed a few Japanese characters corrupted into “a white question
   mark in black rhombus.”
