# Character Encoding Issue

   As you can see, I haven’t posted since 11/10 and hadn’t even logged in to the
   admin panel until yesterday. About a week ago, I got an RSS update from my blog
   even though I hadn’t made any updates. I didn’t think any thing of it until I
   looked at my blog yesterday. Those odd characters were NOT there before. I haven’t
   touched it.
 * Any idea why they suddenly popped up and what can I do about it?
 * Thanks for any help.
