 * Trying your plugin in debug mode, php alerted me that there is an unknow ascii
   character on line 45 of the file intuitive-custom-post-order.php
    Here it is :
   $hicpo = new Hicpo(); (just after “$hicpo”).
 * I like the new page to check post types you want to manage. That’s a good idea.
   However, I think it should be a subpage of the setting menu, don’t you think ?
 * Thanks a lot for your great work. I’ll give it a 5 stars as soon as the php warning
   will be removed !

 * Thank you for error report.
    I corrected it.
 * And, I approve of moving plugin’s Settings Page to Settings menu.
    I adopted 
   it with the update. (ver.2.0.3)
