The reason I ask is because WP replaces a “prime” ( ‘ ) with `&``#8217;` ( ’ ), an apostrophe. Sometimes my site shows up with either a “?” or simply nothing in place of the apostrophe when viewed with certain user agents such as the ones on most PDA’s and phones. There’s a plugin called [Unfancy Quotes](http://www.semiologic.com/software/unfancy-quote/) that changes the apostrophe back to the “prime” character. However, if you aren’t aggregating the title to the other site, that would have no effect. Try typing`&``# 8217;` where you want the apostrophe to appear, since you’re typing the title, anyway.
