 * I would create the chart in an external service like Google Sheets or Microsoft
   Excel Online… and embed it on my website. No plugin, and no additional load on
   the server.
 * But if you prefer to have everything on your site, there are a ton of plugins

 * What I want from the plugin is not happening, so tell me some code i.e. css. 
   So in that post where I want to place the chart, I will use that code. Only I
   want one chart which is showing in above “Example URL”
